The CK500 is our party model. At 5 feet in length, it has 8 square feet of cooking area. This cooker was made to party. Ideal for large outings, cook off’s, festivals, etc. We also offer this model mounted on a trailer with lights and safety sand (the CK550).

The CK600 is our commercial sized model. at 6 feet in length, it has 15 square feet of cooking area. This cooker was designed for large company outings, caterers, festivals, big block parties, etc.

How They Work

The burner and cooking area separated by a water partition. When the cooker is lit, heat is forced over the partition and down through the food. This drawing action forces heat and moisture into the food, allowing for even cooking. This virtually eliminates the need to constantly turn your food as it cooks, freeing you to enjoy other aspects of your outing. Also, adding spices, vinegar, etc., to the water partition allows you to baste your food as it cooks.
