This unit will produce 150,000 BTU's / hr of controlled heat capable of roasting 120 ears of corn every 60 minutes. The heavy-duty 1/10" thick (12 gauge) steel will provide unsurpassed strength and durability to last a lifetime. A Nontoxic, heat-resistant flat black enamel finish coats the entire unit. The roasting hub design replaces the old-fashion chain link drive system. These units have No belts, chains, or sprockets to oil, adjust, or maintain. Cleaning is a breeze. There is Nothing finer than the authentic flavor of a wood-fired pit barbecue. The unit is built with fire grates, adjustable from 4" to 15" below the cooking grate. Each end of the firebox has doors for easy clean-out and draft control. The nickel-plated grate measures 24" x 60" (10 sq. ft.) and is adjustable to 4 cooking heights. Firebox has a double wall: 1/10" thick (12 gauge) steel exterior cabinet with a 3/16" liner. The GrillCo Pit Barbecue has a Roll-Top Hood with a thermometer included and is also available on 5" casters.

72"L x 28" W x 38" H. 24" x 60" Cooking Area - 10 sq. ft.

The GC200-C is big enough and rugged enough to feed large gatherings, yet light enough to be transported without a trailer. It glides on 5" casters for short trips; removable legs for long trips. For maximum strength, the massive 24" x 60" sanitary nickel-plated cooking grate is made from 1/4" and 1/2" round steel bars and is perfect for high production cooking. This grate also comes with "Cool Spring" safety grips and adjusts to four different cooking heights. Patented flip-back grill feature allows for easy charcoal servicing and clean out.

Firebox is fabricated from heavy-duty 1/10" thick (12 gauge) steel with 3/16" thick by 4 1/4" wide steel channels welded to the underside for reinforcement. Legs are made form 1 /58" O.D. structural pipe with one end threaded for quick and easy fastening to the firebox. Entire unit is coated with a Nontoxic, heat-resistant, flat black enamel finish. Speed up cooking time and conserve fuel by using a Roll-Top hood with built -in thermometer or a New Super Wind Guard (See Options to Purchase these Items).

Combine all the performance, safety, durability and convenience of any GrillCo model with the ease of trailer transport! Under slung spring axle and 4.8" x 12" tires absorb road bumps, delivering a smooth ride behind any vehicle. The trailer body is built tough 1/10" thick 12 gauge steel, finished in a Nontoxic, heat-resistant black enamel. These units are fully equipped with dual tail brake lights, 1 7/8" coupler and a swing tongue jack.
