Halogen Lights: two built-in halogen lights provide illumination of the entire grilling surface. Electronic Ignition: 120 Volt operation automatically ignites burners and powers control panel indicator lights.

PermaFlameTM: self-monitoring electronic re-ignition system ensures uninterrupted grilling at precise and consistent temperatures.

Industrial Grade Burners and Grates: three U-shaped 20,000 BTU burners combined with our Electro-polished stainless steel modular grates.

Rotisserie Burner: 13,000 BTU infrared ceramic rotisserie burner with removable motor and an unexposed rotisserie slot in the canopy hood to prevent heat loss.

Even-heat Channels: V-shaped stainless steel channels precisely control both heat distribution and flare-ups for better grilling result
