Heavier grids retain more heat, for better searing. They lock in the flavor of grilled meats. On one side, our grids are pointed - giving the same classic grill marks you expect from the professionals. Flip the grids over and use the slope setting and the grooved channels to drain away excess fat. When set level. the channels capture juices to continually baste food as it cooks. And what's more, narrow grid spacing allows you to grill the most delicate foods, like vegetables and seafood.
