We saved $500 PLUS buying our gas grill (Lynx) online at www.wholesaleNow.com

I did a thorough check of this internet company (including calling Lynx and  making sure their Ohio distributor was aware of this dealer).

The grill came within 10 days - No shipping charges - No 8.25% California  tax.

The gas company came and hooked it up (natural gas) - No charge (we did  purchase a quick disconnect at Barbecues Galore) and the only problem (our own) was getting it up to our 3rd floor (we live in a beach community) - but that was  easily solved by giving some guys working on our hardwood floors $20 to help me upstairs.

I gave Barbecues Galore the chance to meet the internet price and they gave  me the story that the grill I was about to purchase was last year's model (Not so) and might Not be covered under warranty (another "Non-truth").

Anyway - it was a significant savings for a fabulous stainless steel grill (voted "Best Grill" by the Robb Report) and I thought I would pass it along.

I just spoke with Brad about a double side burner that came in damaged. He was very pleasant and told me that he would have the distributor send me out another one and have UPS pick up the damaged one. I expected I would receive a new one since the first one was damaged. However, I thought I would be making extra trips to UPS and paying shipping charges and generally having to hassle with something that I didn't damage. It's nice to work with a company who takes care of all of this. In addition to the side burner I also bought a Lynx 42" grill for almost $3K. I expect with service like this, I will continue to do business with you. I have been eyeing some additional grill accessories. I will definitely be visiting your internet site soon. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am that I found you. I had talked to a few dealers about outdoor grills, both locally and on the net, and had Not been impressed by their familiarity with the products they were selling. Finally, linked up with your site. Your expertise, personal experience with your products, and ability to communicate in practical terms were very helpful to me in deciding which brand of outdoor grill and accessories to purchase. After our conversation, I discussed the pros and cons of the few models I had narrowed it down to with my wife, and finalized the decision on what we wanted for our back yard. Then, despite my disinterest in buying from someone else, I was compelled to check pricing. I found only one company with a price below yours, and after reading the fine print, realized I didn't want to do business with them (25% restocking fee, and you're on your own for defective merchandise). Your customer service policies are outstanding. The fact that you state in writing on your site that problems with products are handled directly by your site was very reassuring. I did go back to a company that advertises as the largest vendor of grills on the net, and told them the price I had gotten from you. They offered, after considerable whining and a "I'll have to take this to the manager and call you back" routine, to sell it for $50 less. I was committed to buying from your site because, as I said before, the others didn't know their products as well, and I just didn't feel they'd stand by me if there was a problem. I called you back, and explained all of that to you, and you Not only beat their offer; you beat it by another $20; that's $70 off! I actually had reservations on taking you up on the offer, because I want your company to do well and be around for a long time. There aren't many companies like yours left. Thank you for doing business the way I do. You truly employ the Golden Rule. You offer the best service, the best information, and the Best Deal in the Country! Sincerely,
